Yeah I stooped ordering from Boston Market when the driver claimed to have dropped the items. I won't accept any items that are not sealed. If the seal have been broken I just call the company who hires the drivers and get refunded for the damaged item. Yes a broken seal is considered as damaged. I have even called the police on a restaurant that didn't deliver and claimed I wasn't home. I asked for my money back they refused. I drove to the establishment, waited for police outside before they went in ... told them what was going on, they came out the restaurant and said I will be refunded. By the time I was home the money was back into my account.
