Space Rescue: Code Pink is an independent, adult-oriented, point-and-click adventure that mixes lighthearted science-fiction comedy with romance-building and erotic scenes. Development began in 2018 under the Dutch one-person studio MoonFish Games (also known simply as “Rob,” the nickname the developer uses on Patreon and Discord). Production has been largely crowdfunded; backers receive incremental “builds,” while broader audiences can buy the Early Access version on Steam and itch.io. Narrative premise The story takes place on the ESS Endurance, an old but still-serviceable deep-space vessel. Players assume the role of Keen, a junior engineer who would love to become a full-fledged “Rescue Officer.” The ship’s medical A.I. has a standing protocol called “Code Pink”: when female members of the crew find themselves in embarrassing or hazardous situations— malfunctioning doors, jammed ventilation shafts, torn space suits— a rescue officer is dispatched.
